Condominium Association Accounting Services 


The services to be supplied include all of the following activities:

  • Collect and record all dues paid by the residents
  • Collection letter to all past due residents
  • Prepare closing letter for mortgage company
  • Make all bank deposits
  • Prepare all checks
  • Monthly bank account reconciliation
  • Monthly financial report to the board
  • Annual financial report to the residents
  • Order and distribute annual payment books
  • Prepare and file Form 1120-H Tax Return
  • Available to attend meetings when necessary


The fees for the above services, for each 50 residences are:

  • one-time setup charge of $300
  • monthly fee of $250

Additional fees can apply for any extraordinary activities or reporting not listed above.
